Villain unknown, I often get lost in these kind of spots oop. Would you cbet? If not, how many streets do you x/c ? If cbet, would you double barell?

SB (Hero): $2.11 (106 bb)
BB: $2.00 (100 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is SB with K K
UTG raises to $0.04, 2 players fold, Hero 3-bets to $0.14, 1 fold, UTG calls $0.10

Flop: ($0.30) 4 8 A (2 players)
Hero bets $0.15, UTG calls $0.15

Turn: ($0.60) 3 (2 players)

No I wouldn't cbet. UTG calling range there has probably mostly AX hands and some decent pocket pairs, especially when you block many KX hands. You are OOP, not worth 3 streets and your hand is not vulnerable, so imo makes sense to start with a check. If villain then decides to bet, I would probably call for 1 or 2 streets depending on villain and the bet sizes.

1/3 cbet on the flop is fine, you are betting that board with your entire range unless you are a particularly tricky player. Check/calling the turn is fine.
