Hello,

Preflop: What kind of opponent is UTG? Do you have any stats/reads on him? Vs unknown I would likely try to squeeze here. Playing our hand OOP is kinda crappy and will need some postflop skills. Also as you mentioned he is a reg then you can also squeeze against him.

As played
Flop: As you Called then at least put some protection against flushdraws, either donk it out yourself or Check/Raise.
Turn: Bet for value.
River: Bet for value.
