PartyGaming - $0.10 NL - Holdem - 8 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (BB): 146.9 BB
UTG: 117.1 BB
UTG+1: 100 BB
MP: 65.8 BB
MP+1: 173.2 BB
CO: 224.7 BB
BTN: 224.2 BB
SB: 100 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has A♦ A♠

fold, fold, MP calls 1 BB, fold, CO calls 1 BB, fold, fold, Hero raises to 4 BB, MP calls 3 BB, fold

Flop: ($0.95, 2 players) 5♥ K♦ 8♦
Hero bets 6 BB, MP calls 6 BB

Turn: ($2.15, 2 players) 3♥
Hero bets 13.6 BB, MP calls 13.6 BB

River: ($4.87, 2 players) A♣
Hero bets 23.1 BB, fold

The line bet/bet/bet/bet itself should be pretty standard vs. unknown. But I wonder whether I could have extracted any more money by different bet sizing?

Hello,

Why do we make it so small preflop?
I'd make it at least 6bb here. Given that we are deep we could even make it 7bb.

On the flop I'd bet $0.7-$0.8.

On the turn I'd make it $1.5-$1.6.

On the river I would actually go for a bigger size. There are three types of hands he might have:
- busted draws which he is folding everytime
- weak made hands - PPs/Kx which I think are folding almost always
- good made hands (some two pair or some random A high) - I think we have to maximize our value against them and bet around $3.2.

Best,
Plamen
