What I like to do is raise to $1-$1.1 and shove any Flop so I guarantee myself being HU on the Flop more or less.

I played this hand last Sunday to illustrate it (He tanks for 30 secs before calling but it proves my point more or less):

If he folded 88s on QT7 board, he folded 80% equity vs me but it is soo hard for him to play against my range because he is dead if I have Q or T

Here all limpers were basically limp/folding and/or c/f when not hitting anything on the Flop so it was an easy play, it doesn't always work this way
