i figure a weak A or JJ, QQ, KK fold that spot and the only thing i have to be scared of is a set and since the last guy flatted it he is definitely not holding it.

you can´t c/c flop being oop, since you only have likely 2 outs consider that MP1 bet and MP3 called.
I don´t like river shove. Although MP1 doesn´t likely have two pair, but he can easily c/c turn with AK or smt and you can´t be sure that both of them fold, so better to fold.
