I don't think flatting a 4bet with JJ is a good idea. You will see overcards on the board soooo often, what's the point? Yes, he might (very rarely) try to bluff you on a low board, but seriously, if you think you are still OK against his range, get it in. If you don't, fold preflop and maybe avoid 3betting in spots where you don't want to see a 4bet.
