I don't like calling after a raise and a re+raise w/ JJ , also you are out of position.
I would bet on that flop something like $ 3.5 , CO bet looks to me like a cbet 1/2 pot size bet + the 2 callers showed weakness .

By calling pre you are setmining just because against two+ opps you will have to give up your Jacks a lot just because of overcards or insane flop action.
I would just fold it pre as this is spot where I feel too uncomfortable being OOP in multi way and it's not the best situation because of the odds for setmining.

After a 3bet, when you don't have the odds to setmine it's usually better to fold JJ. Really nothing to say about postflop.

I think your hand is strong enough to shove pf
Call is also fine, but then you likely have to stack off anyway if you have overpair on low board
c/f that board is fine. he is bluffing often but it is 4-way pot, so he may easily have there Kx
