I was a bit annoyed the second i checked on the flop, I figured I would've made it easier for myself with a donk / fold. What would you do?

You have got yourself in a really tough spot. I would make a crying call here hoping he has a worse king.
The real problem is you call pre flop. It is really difficult to play 3 bet pots out of position and as a rule just try to 4 bet or fold against oop 3bets. In this spot I would happily 4bet/call shove with AK as it is Co vs BUT and ranges will be wide.

Hello DucksEatFish,

Preflop: Rather fold it vs unknown where while we don't even know the guy. It's also ZOOM and we don't know how loose he 3bets nor we ain't having position.

As played
Postflop: Why are you Check/Raising in first place? To turn your TPTK into bluff? :P

Best Regards.
