Stay aggressive, this isn't one of those spots where taking a passive line is preferable. (For me anyway)

Villian isn't ever folding QJ here especially on the turn. He might even call with KK/AA/KJ/J9 on the turn.
But generally I'd be check-raising the turn, and betting the river for value, If he shows up with better NH to him.

Attempt to steal % is irrelevant here cause the BU isn't stealing... UTG2 already opened the hand. That's why I'm absolutely not a fan of your pre-flop call with KQo. You're gonna playing the rest of the hand out of position and you're most likely going to a 3way flop... gl playing KQo there.

As played I'd raise the turn & shove the river for value. He's never gonna fold Qx hands there but he might check weaker queens behind on the river if you don't bet where he's always gonna valuetown you with AQ and full houses cause you're not gonna fold anyway. So just get aggresive on the turn & get the money in.

I would played it the same way
if you c/c then he often put you on some kind of pp and would bet with worse hands or continue bluffing
I would likely 3-bet KQ, but call is also fine
