The villain was showing 38/0/af:inf only 8hands

They overplay all sort of Jx, not to mention the draws (and there are loads of them on that board).

It's a funky play of him on turn. I wouldn't mind to raise even more on the flop like 15bb against a loose passive villain. Turn seems standard. Especially if he's capable to over play flush draws here.
