I decided to not cbet on flop here, cause I think almost everything will call me here, but I rather planned to check/call it.

I don't think check/call is ok on flop, better would be to cbet, or check/raise. When you check - they will bet with better hands mostly.

And when you cbet, you might even get calls from worse aces or kings, so you get value.

I like the bet on turn, but I would make it a little bit bigger,because there is a draw, if he has a FD, he will call bigger bet.

Flop: Check/Call doesn't make sense at all, we don't find out where our hand stands and either we don't win the pot with Cbetting. Therefore CBet such a good board which is pretty good for you and you are getting against any range pretty good equity plus we get also extra fold equity if we CBet. Therefore it's a pretty big mistake to not to CBet such a board and rather Check/Call it.

Turn: Yeah, I'd likely CBet it since often times such a Check behind is a weakness. But I'd bet ~$0,14.

Right, Cbet is possible, but I don´t think I really have any fold equity am I ?
With overpair, He will either call, or raise me, If he is on draw, he probably won´t fold, also with set he won´t fold too.

You can't say that you have 0 fold equity there if you even didn't post the opponents stats or said anything about him, I'd say we have there fold equity and also pretty good equity with our nutFD+SD+overcards.
