I dont villain is betting here 3 streets with a worse hand. Okay you are holding an Overpair but i guess BU is not pushing the river /w A8 oder something.

I like leading those boards but his raise is pretty strong. You could simply fold to his raise. Playing 99 out of position on such a drawy board really sucks.
