Hey. I think pre is fine but why is donking flop mandatory? Assuming he is c-betting all draws we don't need to bet to protect our hand and we miss value from hands he would c-bet that he is now just folding to our donk. Personally i would check call because we have the A redraw if the does come on the turn. We could also re-raise but if we are 3 bet we would be quite behind his range and might still have to call because of the money already in the pot.

Preflop is totally fine but I don't really see why you should be donking the flop? I am pretty sure you should be donk/Folding there.

There isn't any rule to follow always in poker, it's always "depends". If he guy rarely CBs then why would we even skip the donk? I'd rather donk and avoid him Checking behind. You just didn't tell me anything about his CB and then think I am a soul reader. ♦

Yes, he could easily be CBetting such flops while also having position.
