Hi,

If they both look tight just fold to the 3bet no need to get involved, if they're somehow loose just 4bet and get it in. Calling is the worst option really, even if you see the flop you'll have to fold when you miss (which will be most of the time) and sometimes you won't even get to see a flop, as you just witnessed.
