Stack sizes:
UTG: $18.75
Hero: $49.20
CO: $76.70
Button: $18.30
SB: $20.85
BB: $46.56

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with 7♦ 7♣
UTG folds, Hero raises to $2, CO calls, 3 folds.

Flop: J♥ 7♠ 8♦ ($4.75, 2 players)
Hero bets $3, CO calls.

Turn: 9♦ ($10.75, 2 players)
Hero bets $7, CO raises to $20.5, Hero calls.

This is obviously a terrible turn for me, but I planned to bet/fold so that I dont give my opponent a chance to bluff the scare card. After his raise I felt that I had the odds including implied to hit my boat

River: A♠ ($51.75, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO is all-in $51.2, Hero folds

Is this played ok on the turn? I could check/call. edit* I just took a second look at this hand and I think check calling is much better because sometimes he might bluff the scare card and on top of that the pot stays smaller.

Co could also re-raise with two pair on the turn, so I think c/c is probably the best option. You´re not really protecting against anything and get value only for two pair hands. So keeping pot small and see if he wants to bet on the turn (for bluff or for value) is good option.
