Not sure why you are 3betting so small and your Cbet is extreme small as well.
Especially on NL2 I would 3bet at least 8bb in position and Cbet half pot in to 2 players with a over pair.

As played I would fold the river for sure. I expect you are always beat or you have crazy reads on him. Most players over shoving big hands on NL2 or you have crazy reads on him.
