Why raise if most of the time you will be splitting?

Turn: I don't like the sizing. You don't rep anything with that, and he won't fold anything. Bet bigger if you bet.

River: Raising doesn't make sense, except the player tends to call everything, otherwise his calling range looks probably like this:
