I would 3bet a bit higher but would lead here OTF as well. I think we can't lead when being SS. When BS we can lead wider but defend tighter when mw.

I think you're way better of either checking or betting small (25-33%) pot on the flop
that way when you plan to cc a lot of turns your opponent will have a wider range so you pickoff more bluffs that way
And since he's 50bb you also can bet that size with all your other hands and threaten his full stack - cheaper price on your flop bluffs while still getting his money in stronger hand vs strong hand with your AQ+ scenarios
