I play this hand like you but at river often I bluff I bet 5 /6.
In this spot I'm not bluffin only if villan have big WTSD or much passiv and could not bet much flush

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: He never folds to raises and whatever can call here can call more (since he is fishy). So i wouldn't mind make it bigger.

As played he may fold a split but that's about it so I'd check back too.
