Is c/r turn better than second barreling?
- I think both are fine options and if you see players float a lot then I like more c/r

Is raise size ok?
- I´d c/r to 7$, but 9$ is also fine

Should I give up in either case UI on river?
- I´d likely shove on A, K, flush, maybe also Q and J river cards

i dont see why an a,k,q,j river would be good to shove.
if villain calls turn in my opinion he is going to call river what hat would fold with 1/2 potsize left on river?

often players would b/c turn to see if you give up on the river, especially if they have smt like 88 that spot and river comes ace, they might easily put you on A high flushdraw
