Hey Tuffnut,

Preflop open is fine.

X/c flop usually not going to be the greatest option at these limits. Best option is just to bet for value on this texture. 2nd best option is to check-raise.

Turn is fine.

River is fine, probably just a fold given the river card completes some straights/flushes.
