Is it OK to stack off here or should I just call down?
My thinking was he can have K6, K2, KT, 62s, 22, 66. Yes he will also have plenty of better flushes but also some weaker ones -75, 74, 54, 43, 32...

On the flop he over bets that looks funky, but if you think he can stack off with sets and 2 pair combo's on the turn a stack off is decent. After your raise you are pretty much committed as well.

just fold flop. especially when is is capable of overbetting w a dominating draw.

I would isolate him preflop - against 50% range 98s plays fine. Postflop its fold flop - problem is that you are OOP and you will need to extract a lot to make that profitable call. If you call then also call turn - its limped pot so he has many trashy suited hands which are mostly dominating your 98s and SPR is too high to go for stacks with mediocre flush.

As said, fold OTF.
I wouldn't raise polarized bets. Call him down. It's a limped pot, you represent nothing but the obvious, you get called by nothing but the obvious.
He will overplay everything, but when we just can't know what the hell these guys are doing we're better safe than sorry.
I would love to play those pools. Didn't find almost limped pot at NL25 these weak here in 10k hands.
