Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU$2.00:///////;SB$2.15:///////;BB$2.00:///////;MP2$1.44:///////;MP3$2.99:///////;CO (Hero)$2.03:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is CO with K:d, A:c.
MP2 raises to $0.06, MP3 calls $0.06, Hero raises to $0.24, 3 folds, MP2 calls $0.18, MP3 calls $0.18.

Flop: ($0.75) 3:d, 8:h, Q:h (3 players)
MP2 checks, MP3 checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($0.75) A:s (3 players)
MP2 checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets $0.36, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $0.36.

River: ($1.47) 2:d (2 players)

Did I miss value on river, or was the check okay given the board and the call on the turn?

Hi,

He would call with any Ax hand and since 2 is complete blank you should valuebet 1$ to get called worse Ax hands.
HIi most likely hand range is AT/AJ or sometimes some flushdraws.

Hello hackbinder,

What's your plan if he MP2 shoves?

Turn: Also what's the idea of betting so small on the turn? I mean if he really has the Ax then he is going to pay us more as well. For that given reason I'd bet the turn ~$0,60 to protect our hand as well even from draws.

As played
River: I'd bet ~1/2 pot size which should be enough for the value-bet, might give him room for hero-calls with some weaker pairs/PPs as well.

Best Regards.

That is a great question... and puts it all into perspective actually when I think a little deeper about it... Thanks!

Well, actually we had even to consider folding since we at the best get a coinflip. Usually his 4bet range is going to be rather stronger and maybe some even do just 4bet with KK+.
