I don't play 5 card but flop is probably fold. Raising is just huge overplay deep stacked. If fold is too weak then call and see what happens. If they continue aggression and we don't improve its definitely time to fold.

Huge bet and call indicates ton of strength. We have trips but very low chance to improve with only AAT as overcards.

5 card PLO is even more about the nuts than normal PLO. So in multiway pots, especially deep stacked, you really want to have nut outs. The problem here is that you have most likely 2 outs you have happy to stack off with (Aces). Even if you fill up your boat, you lose to 99 or 95 if you hit 3. So as said, raising is the worst option. Depending of your opponents (how loose they are) it's a call or fold.
