What is your hand's equity vs your estimate of villain's 3Bet range?

His hand is screaming "I have Aces" and he may have a random deuce as well.
I think 76 is less likely.

Would he CBet pot AAxx without hitting the board in any other way?

Let's assume we're ahead of his Aces, and that he has no re-draw to a wheel.

Hand sample is too small to really get into deep analyzing and it ends up being more of a either he has it spot or he doesn't. Generally people overplay AA so much in PLO that because of that I don't like getting it in on the flop because what draw's are we trying to protect against and will AAxx really call off? I much rather go check/call and on any none A/2/3 turn with less than pot size left, I either donk shove or check/call. People are way more prone to stack off light against a what seems like a strange donk shove on turn than c/shove on coordinated flop, also way more likely at those stakes to just continue aggression on turn because they simply don't want to check back AAxx and see it as the better option. The check line does give him a chance to check it back, but I am fine with having a decision on the river, I think it will be a rare occurrence though to reach the river without being AI.

@VorpalF2F: I dont think his BU vs CO range is containing only AAxx. It could go up to 8-9% of a typical 3bet range ip.
I am also not sure if he would pot his AAxx, I actually have no idea what pot means here.

@NatRPhem yes that souns somewhat reasonable. But I by myself I am not pottin this kind of flop texture when ip so it is kinda weird. u also have to think when players pot they usually do it with a strong hand.

You need to take into account that majority of people get blinded by AAxx because they have a past with NL. At PLO 0.01-0.02 people are not gonna be really good and most are trying it out, but even at 0.25/0.5 you see people overplay and get blinded by AAxx more than you see people play it properly, just a massive leak in majorities game. If your mentality is that AAxx is as strong as AA in NL suddenly their line makes a lot more sense based on their thinking all though it being factually wrong as AAxx is pretty much nothing after most flops

I also get it in on safe boards with AA at SPR <4 oop in 3bp, if I play halfpot, I'm often gettin outplayed..
