He could be holding AhTXh, so he has the nuts with nut flush re draw, without a read i would fold..

You only win money off bluffers on this kind of flop because it is super dry, so check and call the flop, evaluate again on the turn. This also balances the times you miss the flop and plan to check/fold it

I wouldn't cc this flop with ATxx, checkraising is certainly fine since the flop is dry. I don't mind so much if the flop gets checked back as there are no scare cards. (I would expect villain to bet 2 pair on the flop if I check so if the turn pairs the board I still expect to be good against someone who checks the flop).

After checkraising this flop, if I get called then I certainly wouldn't want villain to fold the turn with me having a potential freeroll.

If villain is aggressive I check the turn to him (to represent a bluff gone wrong) then checkraise all in. Again I am not scared of giving a free card since I have a strong redraw.

Against a passive opponent I lead out on the turn for around a 3rd of the pot, to build the pot up some more. If villain also has AT, then they will certainly raise me allowing me to shove. If villain has a set or a weaker straight they might very check behind the turn for pot control and I don't want this.
