I think you should have valuebet here, river looks a bit scary but its actually a blank, so you are unlikely to be bluffed unless the opponent is stupid. In order to c\r the turn (which might be a nice tricky risky play) Id prefer to have better reads or some additional draw to go with your set.

Definitely bet the turn. C/raising w/o the nuts there is going to lose you money in the long run probably. Furthermore he'll just cb the turn with many pair+FD typish hands etc.
River I prefer b/f over c/c because I think he has some busted draws often but the frequency that he is betting them is probably lower than the frequency he bets with the nuts and he'll check back with his weaker holdings too often, too.
