MP: agrofish 74:22 af: 1,7 3b: 11 after 77 hands

When he checks back the flop I'm sure he does not have AA. I bet the turn and decided to check/call the river since flush didn't hit and he may be bluffing his missed draws. Or is bet/folding better?

BTN: $41.91
SB: $32.35
BB: $25.00
Hero (UTG): $26.25
MP: $35.02
CO: $33.90

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is UTG with J :spade: Q :diamond: 5  A
Hero raises to $0.75, MP raises to $2.60, 4 folds, Hero calls $1.85

Flop: ($5.55) T :club: K :spade: A :spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks

Turn: ($5.55) T  (2 players)
Hero bets $3.25, MP calls $3.25

River: ($12.05) 7  (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $6.50, Hero calls $6.50

Hi,

He might easily check back sets on that board, so I would prefer not building pot.
I think calling down half pot bets is fine on the turn and river- he can sometimes bluff trying to represent aces.
You´re usually beat on the river but against 74/22 call should be fine

best regards,

I like betting the turn because we can extract value from flush draws or Txxx types of hands which he might be checking back.

Hi,

with he reads you have given, i think you played it ok. However river seems really close. His sizing really doesn't look like a bluff to me, but more like a KTxx type hand. If he's really agrro i'm calling, but if not i might find a fold. Even fish don't like calling with a flushdraw on a AKTT board that often

What do you guys think of betting like $4 on the river. He might call with trips or weaker fulls and we can see a cheaper showdown?

We´re loosing any boat, so we´re hoping that he is either calling some strange Txxx hands or find hero call with AK**
I don´t mind it, but what would you do against 14$ raise, since it always looks like very marginal hand who wants to go cheap showdown. That case you can also minbet river and see how he acts to that- he would then never should fold any hands that has showdown value and may easily bluff you more often.

best regards,

After the boards pairs you're probably better check/calling it down as all you beat are bluffs and once you bet the turn, you fold out all those bluffs. If you do bet the turn you probably have to fold the river.
