So this had been MP min open; CO call, I call SB, BB squeeze and we all call. I decided to pot lead this on flop. Shallow vs two players but still SPR 4 vs BB 3bettor. This felt like best option but its indeed bit nasty is BB shoves. I dont think I can fold though. If everyone was deeper then this would probably be overplay.
Theoretically the call (ev -0.29) is fine, I'd probably still fold because the hand is a sucker oop postflop, especially mway. Very complex situation and without accurate player details usually unprofitable.
This Flop kinda shows why: You have top2pair without backup, combinatorically it is quite the best you can hit. But how often you'll get your lead through 3 players and how happy are you if someone calls? By potting you also isolate yourself against a pretty strong range (wraps, sets, 2pairs/top&over-pairs+straightdraws/bdfd's) having 2 more streets to play oop...
Yeah I would fold to pot open but I don't mind versus min open. Hand can still hit combo draws, set with support etc.
Versus MP we are SPR 1 and CO SPR 1.5 so it's not as bleak. But yeah deeper stacked probably should check or bet smaller.
