Readless I don't like 3betting junk, I'd rather it exclusively for value until I have some idea of how he reacts.

3bet to t100 is super std with 82s. It 3bets better than Q2o.

I see a lot of flats from Axs and if he is agro enough its likely he is floating flop with BDFD. There is also huge amount of Qx in his range as well as 9T, J9, JT, 8x, few 5x. By shoving turn we fold out few 8x and give value to every other hand which beats us. If you think he can float you super wide then probably ch/c is best. If not, i prefer ch/f

I disagree. We are short , and the shorter you get the more equity matters. This + Q gives a blocker to his shoving hands.

I like the idea 3betting btm of calling range , but i think 82s isn't one of the hands i'd situate there:)
Once we hit the F we can't fold ,and not cbetting the F would be suspicous because it's so dry , so there i agree.
Shoving the T isn't really nice because we won't get any value from worse .
Id prefer chc alot more.
