i would either shove preflop or fold it , raising in that spot is really bad , sb can abuse u a lot with shoving and if bb shoves u u will have to fold which sux

push or fold spot.. and shoving feels fine.
as played call turn is fine

I personally prefer minraising preflop but if you're going to raise so big then shoving is better
