he seems to be a decent reg, has somewhat nice results on the lower stakes, just started to play 20$+. Ive seen him making some pretty basic mistakes though. no particular history 56/61/0/20 (HU only)

mandatory bluff on the river? To me his line doesn't really make a lot of sense with any hand whatsoever (maybe if he was trapping TT or sth) which makes me think that he is never very strong on the river and since my hand doesnt even beat his busted FD i should have bluffed at it right? I dont even think that the fact that i cant rep Ax matters much since he just seems soooo weak. makes sense?

I like a nice steal bet on the river here. His range isn't that strong. And you'll be selling a very convincing story putting in 2nd barrel on this river. You can also get away with it pretty cheaply. A nice "valuebet looking" bet of 1200-1600 should be sufficient and I think we are getting a fold here often enough.

Personally I would just check fold all streets. His flop check usually means some showdown value so if we barrel twice it is mainly to get some K high or 98 type to fold. Problem with river is that it's total blank and Tx + flush draws has missed. Jx is likely never folding.

what are you repping? c/f all streets.

all your high cards shove pre so you are trying to rep a flopped flush, of course he is going to call turn call river.
