Your line looks pretty good to me against a unknown on these stakes. He can easy have a draw here. So with this in mind you can even go for a bigger raise (1/2-2/3 pot) on flop and turn. I expect you will get even more value of him. As played it will be close to value bet here. Only the backdoor draw arrived here. So he fold most likely all hiss missed draws and if he had hit he had most likely bet as well. So I think you can make a small value bet here

Indeed and you have only 45bb effective behind on the river.
So betting would be a shove and I missed that in my first post most likely.

Against complete unknown this has to be a river shove, don't see any reason for why he would check to you on this river when he has you beat

I'd shove the river, yes he might have 89 but I'd shove. He might still call worse with worse 2 pairs and even Ax hands
