pls, put the results in spoiler next time

As to the preflop action, I think you should not be raising with such hands against an aggressive opponents until he starts to see you raising predominantly good hands. I would c/c him before the flop. What do you mean by "wide 3bet range"? - How wide and is it polarized?

OTF I like calling and leave some bluffs in his range
OTT I would check behind coz at this stage you nothing more but bluff him with a weak hand and he calls and raises only with better hands and folds only compete garbage bluffs (in case his range is mixed with some weak hands which may be due to the fact that you folded many flops uncontested previously) + catch your outs.
OTR I would call small if a safe card comes and fold to a big bet without a proper info and would not have bet if he checked coz he will rarely fold even a second pair here .

It’s indeed good to know how aggressive he’s playing. Especially HU it’s smart to filter hands of HU alone. So you get a better view here.

The river shove makes not too much sense I think. You have some showdown value and you don’t get a better hand to fold on a black river card like this.
