Pre Flop: (t150) Hero is BTN with 9♥ A♠
1 fold, MP calls t100, 1 fold, Hero raises to t300, 2 folds, MP calls t200

Flop: (t750) 5♥ 4♣ Q♦ (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets t350, MP calls t350

Turn: (t1450) 3♠ (2 players)
MP checks, Hero checks

River: (t1450) 6♣ (2 players)
MP checks, Hero checks

Do I raise here only hands that I would call the SB or BB shoves ?

I don't think I represent too much betting the turn and I don't see a reason to bet the river as well.

No. We can Iso raise with many hands like KJ, KT, QJs and etc with with we can't call a shove from anyone.

The hand is played well. No need to change anything.
