What hands should I be calling with? TT is difficult as well, I don't think I am ever capable of folding JJ there though.

Hey Jon!

Openraise is totally fine... you can cheaply b/f or go broke on better boards! There is absoluetly no reason to shove any combination here with 20bb! Of course it would be +ev to do so with 99, but you should always find the MAXev decision in spots like these without a bubble -> so minraise is fine!

as played ->
SB can shove a ton of hands here! 99 are a snapcall! There is so much deadmoney in the pot -> if sb thinks that just 1 player is calling his shove he can shove soo wide!

       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    51.93%  51.32%   0.61% { 77+, ATs+, KJs+, QJs, AJo+, KQo }
MP3    48.07%  47.46%   0.61% { 99 }

this is even for a tighter player realistic!

and now look at the potodds!
we need 34% for a breakeven call -> so 40% equity would be sooo huge +ev

77+
ATs+, KQs
AJo+

is def. a good call here! And probably a little wider too if sb is not a total nit!

greets
