Pre-flop this would be a 4bet shove. Clicking back makes not to much sense. Than you don't have any fold equity.
As played I would Cbet with top set around half pot to get value and protect the hand against draws.

I would also just flat pre or, with your reads, just shove.
As played I check flop as he is not likely to hit that flop a lot, so I hope he catches something on the turn or starts bluffing.
