Hi, first hand, so no opponent info, 50k chips each, 100 BB.
I have AKs. I raise under the gun to 250. The UTG+1 raises to 2000. Everyone folds. I consider 4bet but checked considering his re-raise was rather high.
Flop is 448 rainbow. I check, he raises another 2000, I check. Turn is K.
I check, he raises 10k, I call.
River is 10, no flush possible. I bet 15k. He shoves all in.
What do you do?

Looks like you're poker terms aren't always right, because you called the 3bet pre-flop for example and you can't raise if no 1 bets post-flop.
On the turn it looks like villain is betting 10k in a pot of a little bit more than 8k. That's more than a pot size.
Call seems reasonable with 2 pair top kicker, but I don't see a point in leading the river with only a bluff catcher and with 36k remaining I would check/call most of the time. Now you get in a spot that you get decent odds to call with only 21k behind.

What was the buy-in for this tournament?
Normally I think the best play OTR is bet/fold, but that won't work here because too much of the stacks are already in.
So it is check/call or check/fold.
If you're going to call a shove if opponent shoves OTR, then my play would be to shove first.
Also, check/shoving or check/raising the turn is a good alternative for lower stakes.
If you're in the game with a lot of very good players perhaps not.

Opponent did not care if they lost $109.
When I was 12 or 13 we would flip quarters in a game we called "even odd". Each player gets a turn at guessing. If they guessed right, they got both quarters. By the time I was 18, quarters were too boring, so whoever lost would give the other player a buck.
It is very hard to play a game of mathematics and logic against a player who simply does not care
