This is early stage tourney,therefore i fold this hand(I open only AQo+,AJs+,22+).On flop I call and on turn I fold to second barrell.
Easy game

I agree with the call on the flop, pot is still very small, and if we can get to the river without a big investment even if he bets big, this way it's gonna be hard to get him to call being ahead.

I think the open is fine. You expect to be able to exploit weaker players who still have a stack at this point of the tournament so I like to play a bit more lag than most.

OTF we just call and keep the pot smaller and play in position. We have a fairly big hand but not one we want to get all-in with on this board.
