The good thing about H2N is that you can create custom stats. If there are no positional RFI stats made ready, you can create one. So yes, it is possible

Hello Donk stats are not working since few updates back. can you please fix it... definitions are okay it worked previously just it stopped.
only few stas are working even if I have 15k hands sample on a donk.
Go to the Configuration(F12) / Game Types and click "Reset to Defaults", then rebuild the stats.
it doesnt work that way, I had to copy & paste entire donk tab to new tab & rebuild stats to work!
anyway can anybody help me with high CPU load 40% in hand2note after waking for sleep. it starts lagging & I have i7 7700 4ghz processor....

If you use StarsHelper then try to press Stop and Start. Also try creating a new database.
Hi guys,
Having a strange one. Hand2Note no longer recognises finishing positions in tournaments on Stars. If I check the results in Sessions view, or via Reports -> Last Tournaments, it shows finishing position as 0, and no winnings for tournaments I cash
Clearing and rebuilding stats fixes this for past sessions, but for the next one it again shows zeroes
PartyPoker tournaments work fine. Auto import is set up, including tournament summaries
I **think** this started to happen after I satellited into and played SCOOP tournaments with buy-ins above those supported by the free version
Any ideas?

Every time you have made some custom stats, then you should add the new stats in your Popup/HUD and rebuild your statistics:

it seems the software wasn't tracking my hands for an hour....NL2 & NL5...
May 31st 2018, between 5pm to 6pm (PST). I played roughly an hour and noticed it lol (im bad)..
I restarted PS and the H2N client and it did not track for another 5 minutes.... then it started to track, is this even possible?
I will note I idled H2N and pokerstars for 24hours.... perhaps the programs stayed open but i lost connection to the server?
I have a large 500-1000 hand gap in my tracking now?
can I manually place my earnings in ?
Please ensure that you don't have too many hands in selected auto import folders in Configuration -> Auto Import. If there are too many hands then Hand2Note will be busy by importing hands and will not show HUD until import finishes.
And do not forget to enable archiving in Configuration -> Auto Import :

I didn't play for a month. I started to use H2N and Pokerstars after actualization.
Hud doesn't show up. I cleared stats but when I try to build them H2N keeps crushing.
Please help me what to do about it.
