Hello
My program says the login has been cancelled?
I see in my subscription that last expired payment date was 2021 jan 04.
So i just payed 100$.
I try to open the program, but nothing happens this time?
Do i really need to reinstall? If, is there any way without entering program, i can save my layouts, huds and stats?
Now i have also tried installing it again, but it says i might not have the permission for it 
More details about "the program" would be helpful here...
Edit: Ok, so you just added a screenshot, you are talking about HM3.
Try to contact their support, they are very helpful in my experience.
I have moved you're question to out HM board. There fits it better and than you have more change you get response of a HM supporter.

Please try to to install the program as Administrator: right-click on the installer and choose "run as administrator"
If that doesn't help we need more information about your system.
Edit: i see you also posted on our discord channel, i think you will get better response there from Fozzy. So to avoid double work for us please stay there.
