It looks like somebody put the link back, so I'll not change it again.
Different communities have different rules.
For the English community, these are our forum principles.
Personally, I don't read Romanian, so I have no clue what I would vote for, nor why, and I'm sure most EN community members would be the same. Voting blind for any of them would be unfair -- don't you agree?

I don't know a single word in Romanian, but even I understood that the poll is for the best blog of the Romanian community of June-July and rommyca wants us to vote for his blog.
