I've never played HU cash myself -- perhaps others will be more help.
The HU Sit & Go format has largely been taken over by the spingo segment.
Have you tried those?

Thank you for stopping by. Yeah I have tried spin and go, more than 5k games low stakes. I had a good ev, and made few bucks.
I didn't like them tho. I am more interested in heads up now.
I still think we can make money from reg and turbo heads up.
