Yeah i agree with Gadget, Schnitzelfisch really knows how to get the best out of himself and is passing on a lot of that knowledge to us. You can't put a price on this information because depending on what you do with it, the sky is the limit for you. You won't be disapointed by the coaching 
Let me have a search through the video section and see what i can find then. To be honest i'm not sure if there is many vids on multi-tabling it's really just a personal thing once you feel ready to add a table, add one. If you find its too many take one away i know it sounds simple but thats it really.
The same strategy still applies, ok you might nit up a bit if you play a lot of tables but again if you feel like you are not getting the most value out of every hand just take one or 2 tables away.

I am going to swich room I think, POKER770 has been shocking recently and its taking varience to a new level, im not talking about losing flips, i mean losing set over set on turn/river, people hitting runner runner to my over pair and hitting 2 outers after i have got it in good. All within 3 sessions and on more thatn one occassions- Think WILLIE HILL has it in for me
It just feels like everytime I get HU I lose regardless of how far ahead I am!!! I know everyone feels the same when they are running bad but unless its actually you that its happening to you forget how it feels 
Think I am going to stick to DON, 50/50's and try to add tables - Anyone you recommend for these sort of 6 max DON's? Not Party, WILLIAM HILL, 888, Pokerstars, or Poker770?
If I am multitableing should I play STT only or is it OK to play MTT? if so is it better to keep to 30-45 players or doesnt really matter?
Do you tend to find that multitablers play cash or tourneys? Is it better to play 6 handed or full ring?

I have no idea about traffic for SnGs I know that Cake Poker offers the DONs and you get 36% rakeback which is nice because if the traffic is good enough then DON's are good to multitable so you can get in a lot of volume therefore rake a lot meaning nice rakeback. Make sure you read the disclaimer though at the top of the cake page about the US players and funds maybe not 100% secure so i would advise keeping a bare minimum on the site and the rest in an e-wallet to deposit if you hit a downswing. If you don't feel comfortable doing that then take a look at this thread: Choosing the right Poker Room for you! and somebody in there can help you find the best room for you based on your game type, stakes and required traffic
I think it's fine to multitable MTTs as volume is important and it can take a long time to get a sample without multi tabling. But the variance can be sick. It's pretty common to go anywhere from 50-150 Buy-In swings.
You get multi tablers playing both cash and SnGs i personally think its easier to multi table SnG's because once you start practicing ICM you get a hang of what to do in certain situations you can figure out pretty quickly "ok this is a fold, this is a shove" SnG players might flame me but thats how i see it lol but i have little experience.
6 and 9 handed games a pretty different really. In 9 player games you can me tighter wait for the huge hands but in 6 man games the blinds obviously come around quicker and eat at your stack, and the 3 less players means you can/have to be more aggressive play more hands etc. If you don't have much experience i would say stick to 9 or 10 man games for now
