I don't if i have to ask this question here, but i didn't find better place. I was reviewing my hands yesterday and i saw i had something like one hand from 20000 where I check raise the flop. So can you give me some advice or explain in which situations I should check-raise the flop in general.

You might do this if you are playing against a loose, aggressive player and you hit the flop fairly well say two pair.
Since he is loose, he has a wide range, and since he is aggro, he is quite likely to CBet a lot.
If you lead the flop, he must have a hand to continue with, but if you let him bet you can make more.
If your hand is too strong though -- like your flop quads or something -- you might want to just check/call
Some people can check/raise their monster draws, too

On NL2 and NL5 I use this move just in a few specific situations.
Either as a value with a strong hand like set on a drawy board in spots where I am not preflop aggressor. In order to protect the hand and build up the pot as quickly as possible.
And as a semibluff with suited connectors or AXs in spots where I have a strong draw. Of course in this case this makes sense only if the opponent is able to fold. The plan is to barrel almost any turn and give up or ship river depending on completing or missing the draw.

Chek raise on flop is good old way to win . But in some times you dont know what have enemy in hand and that sometimes can he re raise and you are game over . i think if you wonna win you need to play only in good hand whitout bluffs.
Check Raise can actually cost you money or lets say it might scare your customer from bluffing at you. imo
