What you think, how much is game and skill difference on limits between 1/2$ and 100/200$.
I imagine that difference is quite huge from micro to low to medium limits.
What about medium to high limits ?
Is it just money ?

It's just money 
but it is one huge amount of money.
In the Phil Galfond challenge, playing 100/200 PLO, at one point Phil was done almost a million dollars.
you need that kind of bankroll behind you to be able to play those limits.
I've played $1/$2 No Limit, but only NL 5-Card Draw
It gets tense...
