help
You just raise when you are dealt cards and then bet 3 or 4 more times, depending on the game you play.

@jbblowsCT Choose a hand you like , push all in then cross your fingers and toes , make a prayer and that's it !!!! ![]()
Kidding obviously but more seriously there is no magic math formula to guarantee you to win and you might spend months of downswings from time to time.
The best you can do is to keep a tight BR management , play the money you can afford to loose coz once the money is in the middle of the table it's not yours anymore. Also if you seek justice or a fair share of the winnings then poker is probably not the right game for that.
Depending on the game you play , the stake you play and your skills adopt the right BankRoll Management, study an ABC strategy and adjust it to your inner style and opponents. Review your own sessions check if you made the right choices, post hands on the forum you have doubts on and just hope for the best.

You win by working on improving your game constantly and putting it into practice after you've done enough studying off the tables.
seriously, start with the basic strat from pokerstrategy. valuebet a lot. get a tracker software, a basic HUD, and learn how to use it ASAP. distinguishing a fish from a nit is indispensable. from there, involve yourself with the community. learn what teachers/courses that you can afford are good. dont bother yourself with "GTO" stuff in micros, just fcking valuebet everybody.

It's first good to know what kind of poker game you are playing. Than it's easier to help you.
