I dont know if im putting this in the right place so feel free to move it

I currently play 6 tables and have occasionally been adding on two more just to get a feel for it. What ive noticed tho is my stats are a little smaller now and with my dodgy eyesight its a struggle to see X(

What id like to know is if it would be better for me to stop using a hud and just use popups instead? Does anyone else do this and do they customise their popups so they are quicker and simpiler to read? And also what stats their using?

Thanks guys (and gals)

Hi FatSunny...
Some ideas:
Stack tables if your room allows it. This way, you have bigger tables, and the one with action required pops to the front.
  Use 2 monitors
Set your HUD software to not scale, or change the sizing so you can see it more easily. I'm 60 yrs old, so I can sympathise with the "tough to read the fine print" problem. But this works for me -- mind you, I rarely play more than 4 at a time on one monitor any more.

Another problem with age is short-term memory. I had a 4th suggestion but can no longer remember it. _cry:

Maybe use less stats on your HUD, like just basic overall stats, so you can make it larger. so then use general pre flop/post flop pop ups so you can get quick access to the most important stats?

To get older is not a problem, its a challenge. Neither is short-term memory a problem but a challenge. The brain gets good at what it trains.

Sorry for the cockyness, but it is actually true

If you stop using hud, its only a matter of time before you get cockeyed. Due to looking at various tables to get all the info, that now your eyes has to catch, because you dont have a hud to tell it.

As dannywratten said, enhance your hud is the way to go.

Yeah, I did the lumosity thing for a while.
Took too much time I thought.

Keeping my brain active was one of the reasons I took up poker.

I still can't remember the 4th suggestion though
