I'm sure you got your rights, and in some points I would tend to agree with you. We just need to keep in mind that it always seems different depending on the point you're looking from.
For someone who had his account hacked in, money stolen etc etc the security measures won't be good enough. For those who struggle with passing them through - they will be a hassle.
