Just a little question for you - how should I adjust my play when there's a dead money in the pot, e.g. someone joined the table and payed BB from the cutoff?
Should I consider it as a limp or ignore it? Do I raise a pocket pair from UTG in such a situation? Should I open raise to 4BB or 5BB?
Consider it any two cards of course but treat it as a limp when deciding how much to raise, so that would be 5xbb. Though personally I prefer to 5x even without limpers from early position so that would make it 6xbb with a limper.
Treat it as a limp and play the very same way you always do, just raise 4BB + 1 per limper.
